Question
The baby is due in December.But my sister won't be paroled for another year or more.
What legal steps do we take to get temporary
custody of the baby once it is born? We are
trying to avoid C.S.D.interference.
Is a notorized statement of wishes re;
child custody acceptable in Oregon?
