Braces

Does anyone know if dental bills are
considered "medical bills" in Ohio?
My Son may need braces in the future.
I am the non-custodial parent.
I am wondering who will have to pay.
Please Help.

What does the divorce agreement say ??. some will actually define between medical and dental.

What do you currently pay for ??.. is there any dental coverage at all ?.. who pays for it if there is ?... Who pays for the medical coverage ?

If there is nothing in the agreement and no coverage, then why not offer to pay for 50% ?. .. it will only get messy if one of you refuses to pay ..
