Ok, have another question. I have a 16 year old son, we haven't seen his father in about 3 years (I have to admit I haven't gone out of my way to find him either)also my son hasn't asked me to either. His father has not paid 1 penny of child support in his entire life, he always said before that he would avoid working to pay child support, I don't know if he is working or not right now. My question is this: Is he liable for the last 16 years of child support? From birth to 18? How does this work?

Thank you!
