Can military mom go overseas with baby

My son's father and I are both in the military. We are about to go to court for child support and custody. He haven't seen our son since birth nor has he sent any money. I told him that I filed for child support, and he got mad and said that when we go to court he will try to get custody (so he don't have to pay anything). I recently received my orders to go overseas ( but it is U.S. territory)for two years. There are free flights my son's father can take to come visit him. I would like to know if the judge would tell me I can't take the baby out of the country.

First of all, it is unlikely he could get custody. Second, with the circumstances you describe, you should be allowed to leave... but be prepared for the judge to say no.
