When my exwife & I divorced 2 yrs ago she was not working & I agreed to pay the house payment so my children would have a place to live. We used the same lawyer. I pay $485.00 a mth child support, $601.59 a mth house payment, $ 374.00 a mth insurance for the children. I only bring home $1800.00 a mth.
I even completed RN school to try and make more money, but I can not afford to live myself. I offered to pay this it was not a court order. Is there anything I can do to get this lowered? Or have her pay half since she is working now. She will not even discuss this with me.

If she is working then you have ground to revisit the agreement as things have changed. Inform her that if she is not willing to cooperate then you have no chioce but to petition the court for a proper court ordered ruling...
