can't find the "ex"

my ex is in georgia & i'm in n.j.-i have a restraining order against him. the court is having a problem finding him. i was given a "so called" address by him when we were able to talk to each other. he received my mail i sent to him, but now that's it's legal, no one can seem to serve him. i'm in the process of a divorce & need to find him. help! i have 1 son w/him & need to find him so he can pay his dues.
