cant find sons father to take ordered paternity test give me some advice please

My sons father hasnt seen him in about 7 years . my son is now 8. I have went through every resorce I know to locate him . I have used locate services, internet services, private investigators, -- I have every bit of information on this man I can imagine -- except his correct address. he always seems to be one step ahead. there is a court ordred paternity test waiting on him -- but they cant find him to serve him . I have spent many $$ to try to locate him . and still nothing. what else can I do -- Im lost . I need real advice.!!!- and can you belive that he has three other kids and they cant find him ! crazy world . Im about to use a psychic. lol-- help me!!!
