After getting a court order on child visitations, how feasible is it to get the CP to pay a cash bond in the event that the CP might refuse visitation in the future? If the NCP gets a bond on the CP, can the CP get one as well on the NCP?
Also, is being a conservator the new term for cutodial parent?

That would be like making someone serve jail time just incase they ever steal.. or pay $100 to the gov for when they get a speeding ticket.
