change of venue HELP

we have a share custody order that is appealed can we change venue while the appeal is on like in the start of it it has been appealed for about 3 months now we need to get away from case manager and that judge

You have to petition to the court why you want to move it away.. generally, once you file something, that county has jurisdiction. When you appeal, then it goes to a higher court and different judges hear the case.
