Changing Visitation??

I have a 3yr old girl. And I have Visitation set up for a week on/ week off with her father. The problem is my daughter and I have moved, 350 Miles away, I would like to change the Visitation. Do I need a lawyer for this and how hard is it to overturn a Vistitation or lessen it. Her father will still have an open Visitation on any given day if advance notice is given, but only allowed to have her for 1 week every 2 months, and trade holidays . Please help me, I am young, still in College and cannot afford to go to court. And know very little about legistics.
