my wife and i are having problems. we have 4 children, but only the last tw0 are between us. if we can not work things out, how likely is it that the court will grant custody of my children to me, and her first two to her???

What you have asked is almost immpossible for someone to tell you. We are not aware of the circumstances, the financial stability or the state that you are in.
You will need to provide some details and even then we may not even be able to give you a solid reply.
Each state is different, each Judge is different, some do not require any evidence and others do.

chances are they will not split up the children but you will never know if you dont try after all they gave my daughter to my ex-wife so i feel anything is possible i wish you all the luck in the world with getting your children please e-mail me and let me know what happens i would like to hear about the good guy winning once or twice
