Not unless you can prove to the courts that you never received them. If they attempted for a period of time to serve you and you ignored them then the judgement will stand...

yeah but all i knew was that she was telling me there was a court hearing, so i asked my laywer what should i do, and he said untill there was papers served i should not go for it may be a trick. so i waited and there was no papers served and two weeks later i receved a letter form th courts sayin since i didn't go they cave her sole custoy. i didn't do any thing about it because we were going to work things out and i was able to see my daughter any time i wanted to. now 9 months later she decides otherwise. do you think if i go and challeng it i'll loose?

Ohh you can always appeal the courts decision. I am interested in what your attorney has said regarding the matter... If you had an attorney for any previous hearings he/she should have been the one notified and then in turn notified you.
