My husband is considering taking his ex wife back to court for more visitation of his 13 year old daugther.
My question is: we live in California and the judge that appears over family law seems more then a little basis in her judgements and tends to lean more toward the mother because she is also a female. Can we file in a different city as long as it is in the same county as the divorce was filed in?

Any responses will be greatly appreciated as we are not dealing with a very rational mother.

File in the county where the children reside. In the court house nearest the children.
