Help! Unwed mother tells father child is not his. 4 years later he is served papers. The child is his. Getting to know each other (every other weekend) Now the custody battle. Dad wants more than every other week and joint custody (he was denies his daughter and wants to be involved in all matters concerning her well being) Mom wants sole custody, says dad is unfit (how can this be??
