child molestor/crossdresser wants custody

my husband and i are going thru a divorce.he wants custody of all 4 children 16,10,9,9.2 boys, 2 girs.girls are oldest.he has a prior sexual battery charge relating to my oldest daughter.both girls in counseling my youngest daughter told her counselor and children services he molested her 2 years ago.Police said it would be hard to prove.he's also given and bought drugs for my oldest daughter and her friends.and watched porno with her.and pretended to be married to her.they temporary gave him superivised visitation with the 3 youngest since he's living with his parents. but he's going to move to an apartment.he's also a crossdresser my daughter has seen him in this.
he's going to bring his family in to tell lies to try and get custody.i have my dad and 4 children and oldest daughter friends.
what are my chances?
