I am a new york state resident and I currently have a support order to pay child support for two (2) children from my first marriage. I am negotiating a divorce from my second wife who now resides in atlanta georgia with my two (2) other children. What is my total child support obligation under new york state law?, and what, if any effect does Georgia have on the determination of the amount?. I am interested in knowing the total Percentage (%)of my salary that I have to pay out not including child care.

There are lawyers on-line that will give you an estimate. (not legal or binding)I recieved one, very general, for free...and another much more detailed for twenty dollars. good luck
