My deadbeat sperm donor seems to have once again beat the system. For the first six yrs of my child's life, he did not pay child support. I took him to court for an increase and got it. The system got the money through his wages, but for some reason he lost that job. He was unemployed for awhile and I was getting the money from his unemployment. It is my understanding through CSES that he is employed again, they have contacted his new employer but hasn't gotten a response, how can I get the money due to my child/ can I hold his employer in comtempt of the child support order for not responding to CSES?
