My ex receives over 1/2 of my take home pay for child support of our 3 children. She remarried shortly after our divorce and hasn't worked. She has financial problems & can't provide necessities for our children & expects me to (for her home)in addition to paying child support. Can she have my child support increased even though she doesn't contribute monitarily to our children's support because she doesn't want to work for a living? All the children are in school & there is no reason she can't get a job.
