I have a friend who has been separated from his wife for two years and he has paid no child support. They have a 10 year old son who lives with his mother but spends apx. 50% of the time with his father. They live in Kentucky. The father wants to file for divorce but he is afraid he will be required to pay 2 years back child support. Is this true, or does it depend on circumstances.
