Question
what happens whena man has 2 child support orders that he has to pay and the money is deducted from his pay check?

What do you mean what happens? If he has 2 separate child support orders that are garnished, then that is what will be done. Whatever is left from his check, will be given to him as his paycheck..What exactly are you asking?
