I'm married with four children. This year I found out that I have a 13 year old son, whom I never had a clue about. Well the mother of the child has taken me to court. I have agreed
upon the obligations set forth by the courts. When we went to court, they are charging me from the time the paperwork was filed. A portion of my support payments goes towards the current said amount and the past due amount. Well according to their records they say that I'm past due. Well I have met my obligations that I will pay the back support, by them taking a portion of my support payments. Now they are threatened to take my tax returns and report it to the credit bureaus. What can I do in this situation. Please help......
