Question
I am researching a very specific topic concerning Child Support in Tennessee. In Tennessee when money is with drawn from a previous employers 401K Plan before age 59 1/2 is that money used in calculating the 21% (one child) child support payment? If anyone has information on this I would appreciate your help. If you know of a particular case concerning this please advise me of case name. Thanks.
