I would like to pay a "child support overdue bill" that originated in California. I am an Arizona resident.
Both states are attempting to collect.
I would like to pay the overdue bill,however, neither state will provide me with a balance sheet of amount paid/due.

How can I find out the EXACT amount owed?

I would like to pay this debt but am unable to find out how much is owed and to which state to send the money.
After two years I'm at wit's end.
