| I had a child with a man I never married 5 years ago in California. After she was born we moved to Texas. We have split up now and I have moved myself and my child back to California. I have been here for about 7 weeks and wanted to know what I can do to get some financial support for her. Also, do I need to file for custody of my child? What state should I do this in Texas or California? |
