Since I lost my job because of my pregnancy
I have been on family assistance for 4months now.and have been receiveing child support from the state as well.My question is will this effect the court ordered support from the father when it takes place.Should I just allow my attoney to manage this through the courts or will the state assistance hurt the legal process.

Let your attorney handle it.. but you can call the state agency and ask them.

Also, ensure you file for custody the moment the child is born (within reason). This needs to be sorted before the bio father gets his hands on the child.
