child support/paternity

first from the beggining, my wife cheated and left me, then i met this girl at work and we started spending time together. she said that she was on birth control pills. moving forward, she told me that she was pregnate, wife came back and then was being sued for paternity, was very scared and stupid about the whole thing. did not have the money to get a lawyer. and dont remember a about the court. the child is about 3 or 4 years old know and the child support enforcement is having me fill out income papers, so i take it they are trying to raise my child support. they want me to put the child on my insurance and i cant because the child dont spend any time with me. i dont even have visitation. help.
