| I am a divorced father in New York. i have a five year old daughter and I pay child support for my daughter. My question is that she goes to a private school for kindergarten, do I have to pay half her tuition and child support? The divorce decree states that we will share 50% of school and doctor expenses, but is kindergarten considered school? |

| Are you unhappy that she's in expensive private school? If so, you'll have to get the support decree modified to say that you only pay 1/2 of public school expenses, and if wife wants her in private school, wife pays for the extra expenses. ------------------ This is not legal advice and you are not my client.
