Question

My ex came in to court on a contempt of child support once and had what appeared to be a potocopy of my baptism record. He proceded to tell the general master that I had lied about my age and I was really 1 year younger than I claimed. (I wish) His reasoning was that since I "lied" about my age that the marriage was not valid so the divorce wasn't valid so the support order was not valid. I thought I would share this so you have a idea what I have to deal with. Would someone please respond to my earlier questions (about 8pm) Thanks

LOL..That is pathetic!! OMG, I never believed that there really were men out there that are as pathetic as your ex. Sorry to say that but i can't help it.It's a shame that he is trying to get out of paying money to his own child..Hopefully the judge laughed in his face!

Yes the judge did laugh in his face. This saddly is one of many stories I have from this mess but I have learned to let his threats and silly motions slide and try to minamize the damage this does to my boy's.
