I GIVE MONEY ($50-$150 A WEEK)TO MY EXGIRLFRIEND FOR THE BABY. AN INCIDENT HAPPENED WITH MY MOM ABOUT A MONTH AGO THAT WAS AN ACCIDENT. THE BABY WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL BUT JUST FOR A CHECK UP TO MAKE SURE HE WAS OK. SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF AND MADE THE DECISION THAT MY MOM WASNT GOING TO SEE THE BABY ANYMORE. FURTHERMORE, SHE SAID THAT SINCE THE BABY WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY AT THE TIME (CUZ I WENT TO WORK AND LEFT HIM WITH MY MOM) THAT I COULD ONLY SEE HIM IF SHE IS THERE OR HER FAMILY IS THERE AND NOT ON MY OWN. WILL THAT ACCIDENT GIVE ME PROBLEMS IF I TAKE HER TO COURT?

I don't think your girlfriend can stop you from seeing your baby the way she is trying to you as a father have rights too, things happen and the courts see that and also that your trying. I could understand her being so upset, Only if your mom ment to hurt your baby but it was an accedent God Bless you at court and with your mom and most of all with the baby

Accidents happen and the court understands that. If your ex was so worried about this accident she should have contacted child welfare which she didn't and the child was taken to the hospital and checked out so you have that record. She can not stop you from seeing your child because of this one accident. You went to work and left your child in someones care and an accident happened. It would be the same if she went to work and left the child in the care of a sitter. If she's preventing you from seeing the child and you don't have court ordered visitation, you'll probably have to go to court and get them. If you do have court ordered visiation you need to take her to court for interferring with your visits.
