my ex is self employed and recently changed his sole proprietorship to a sub chapter s corp. he is now taking me back to court (for the third time in 2 years) to have his child support reduced again. his business brings in 233,000 approx. a year profits. he reinvests almost all back into business in various ways, or to employees through benefits, etc. he is building his wealth through his business and accumulating a mass amount of assets, while paying himself a minimal amount. the court has his income at a meager $50,000 (he pays himself $11,000 a year - mostly lives off cash jobs (construction), out of 233,000 profits? we're on our way to court soon again, and i'm told they may lower it (his income)yet more for child support basis.

anyone out there been in a similar situation? we live in the state of ohio.
