My husband has been divorced from his ex for 2yrs and is paying $135.00 a wk on 2 children. It's been almost 1 1/2 yrs since he has seen his kids,due to brain washing. My question is: We have 2 children of our own,now paying full-coverage ins.on all 4kids no visitations.With him being a truck-driver his payck varies everyweek.Should his child support be lowered by the state of Ark?
