I for the past 4 months have not recieved child support
my x had been paying up till then. Now owing over 3000 and no insurance for my daughter.
I know where he is and where he is working but cant afford to do this myself. I s there any way i can do this without it costing money i have to spend on my daughter?

Also I found my x husband owing child support got a grant to go to school. I WANT TO KNOW IF IT IS RIGHT HE GETS PAID
A GRANT AND LIVING OFF OF GOVERNMENT , AND ME I CANT EVEN GET MONEY TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO DOCTOR?

I would really take any help i can get on this....thank you

If you do not have the money to hire an atty call your county's District atty and see what the guidelines are there for pursuing criminal non support, and also you can ask the Attorney General child support enforcement office in your state for assistance in collecting the arrears.
There is also another avenue you can take... that is to call the District Clerk office at the Courthouse in your county and see if they have a standardized form that you could use to petition the court on your own behalf without representation.
