my daughter is 18, should have graduated high school in june, but will not. She is going to adult school and will be working too. does her father have to continue paying for her untill she gets her diploma. We live in California. Divorce agreement state he should pay when she is in full time high school education. He wants to stop payments in june.

Would have to read the exact language to tell , and know how other courts in your locale have interprted similar language.
