My boyfriend is having trouble seeing his daughters - his ex said she has filed a restraining order against him(although we haven't seen it) and she won't let him see his daughters. What I need to know is if he goes to court to file the appropriate papers for non-custodial visitation rights, does it matter if he has a warrant? (the warrant is only for failure to appear - not murder or anything else heinous)
