My x-boyfriend works for cash. I have just found out that he has lied to me about the amount he pays for insurance and I am positive he is lying about his income. How can I prove to the court that he should be paying more money? Also he lies on his taxes. He has not even filed for the past year and only claimed $8000 the year before. Do I stand at risk of getting a lesser amount if I pursue this? If I pursue the fact that he lies about his taxes, could he go to jail? I need the money, but it does my daughter no good if he is in prison. Please help!
