My response:

What are you guy talking about? I'm "always" here - - at least in spirit!

Seriously though, I've been involved in some major litigation against an attorney in an assault and battery case, this month. You may have read about it in one of my prior postings. Trial is starting tomarrow. I just got back in the office after a full day of Voir Dire, and a bunch of Motions in Limine, and hastling over jury instructions with the judge and opposing counsel.

I've only been able to sneak in a response or four over the past couple of days, but once the trial is over (I expect in 3 to 4 days), I'll be back in the full swing of things here on the Boards.

Okay, I'll stick around for another half-hour or so, then it's off to home, a scrumptious dinner, and a Supreme Court decision by firelight.

Thanks for thinking about me, you guys. You're all the greatest.

I'm sitting here with a Bud Light and a Chivas on the rocks.....can't decide which ones for you IAAL. Ah heck I'll drink both. Cheers and good luck on the court case.

PS: if the court thing gets rough just visualize the judge singing, "Can I Get A Witness! Ciao and Ciao Mein.

I came across a good one today.. I was curious how this was allowed to have been appealed. Learnt a little about how domestic violence effects custody and some of the views on abandonment etc..
