My husband is required to carry insurance on his children by court order. His ex also carries insurance on the children. However, she only files and uses her insurance. If she would cooperate and use the insurances correctly neither would have too much out of pocket expense. My question is: Is he required to pay half of the out of pocket expense that would have been covered had she used both insurances? This is in Texas.
