I live in Philadelphia, PA I have to go to family court on October 3, the reason I know this is because my girlfriend got her letter weeks ago stating the date and time and also a number she can call to provide her with a free lawyer. I tried calling family court childsupport division but all I get is a machine. The court date is just around the corner and I still haven't received a letter and I don't even know if they are going to give me the same options as far as a free lawyer. I don't want to go to court unprepaired. What should I do and Who do I get in contact with???

Go to see the clerk of the court that the trial is set for and ask for details.
