i live in nys. my wife and i are divorcing and my 18 yr old child is going away to college in sept. my wife is moving 50 miles away to live with her boyfriend and i am living where my child grew up. the child wants us to have shared custody and i do too.
my wife and i have similar incomes. will the court grant shared custody and if so must i continue to pay child support? thanx
