Can anyone please give me some advice??? I am Pro Se because I can't find anyone to help me, and my ex is suing me for custody. He filed the suit a week after the AG office served him notice to appear for motion to modify child support and enforce health insurance. We are under court order to seek mediation before suing, yet he did not do that. He also failed to comply with discovery. And I have proof he lied in the discovery, as well as in the divorce decree. PLEASE HELP!!!!

My response:

Your questions require answers that are complicated procedural issues; for example, do you know the requirements for writing and filing a Motion to Compel Answers to Discovery? Do you know what Points and Authorities are? Do you know how to write a legally acceptable Declaration?

You have no choice, and time is not on your side, and we don't have the time to teach you law. You need to do whatever you can to get money for an attorney - - because unless you do, your ex is going to walk all over you.

Good luck to you.
