Would support from my Ex's parents & adult step-daughters (from a previous marriage) really assist me in seeking full custody of my kids from their mom? The mom is leaving the state and moving the kids into what I believe to be a bad situation. Although the Ex's family has offered to help, I don't want ask them unless it will make a difference since it will wreck what is left of their relationship.
How is this type of thing done? Would my attorney get some kind of warranty statement from each "witness" for the judge or would they need to appear in court?
