Custody/Moving

I have been divorced for 4 years in my agreement it states that Wife(me) has SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY But it also states that we have joint leagal custody. and also states that neither party shall remove child from county withount express written consent of the other party or cort order.

My question is: My childs father spends about 5 days a month with the child some times more sometimes less. we dont have spacific days. I have always been flexable. Im wanting to move 2 hours away. the child id 5 and will start school in the fall. the child father cant handle the child during the week when he has to get up get ready for work fitting a child in to that has never happend and he just wont. I dont know how to ask. or mention it I do not want them to have no relation ship. I have always carried insurance medical dental and vision. he is court order to pay half or prem & unisured. never has, is always "low this month" is also order to pay 1/2 of all child care expense. monthy same story always low. I have always made more money, and have been fine. So I never made a big deal out of him not paying it. But I have always have keept records of the times I show him dentist bill etc eye exams. The child just got glasses and it cost over 300 I paid for everything his dad always askes how much etc.. He also has always paid his child support to me not "on time" but within the month. Im willing to sign something so he doesnt have to pay child support. and willing to meet him 1/2 way 3 weekends a month. What chances do I have if any were can I get info on this anyone been though this, and words would be helpful.
