Question
I have a 5-year-old son and my ex-husband and I have joint legal and physical custody--one week increments. My divorce has been finalized for over two-years. I would like to petition the court for full custody, or to have my son for longer periods. What papers do I need to fill out? Do I use the same court and case number as my divorce case? Help!! Thanks!

Unless there has been substantial changes, you are unlikely to be awarded sole or full custody. Even for modification to the visitation you will need to show what has changed and give good reasons why it should be changed.
