Question

Is it possible to fight a child custody issue without an attorney?
I have exhausted all funds but ex who is fighting the issue has unlimited funds.
Any help?

It is possible, but your chances of getting snowballed are high. If he has an attorney and is fighting tooth and nail, and you don't have one..expect the worse. Is your income too high to qualify for any legal aid or have you looked into attorneys who do it pro bono?
