Question
My husband and I have always maintained separate bank accounts and credit cards. Neither is included on the other's accounts. He has accumulated a considerable amount of credit card debt ($75,000). If I divorce him, what is my liability to repay this debt he incurred on his accounts???

Thanks for any advice...
