| My ex stopped making vehicle payments assigned him in the divorce. The car was repoed and the loan company is now trying to seize my 2nd car for settlement of this debt. Is this legal in Alaska, and how can I get my ex to take care of this matter. His income is roughly $90,000 per year, mine is more like $25,000. He is currently not paying child support on one child and I am working with CSED on that issue. Thank you, Iesha |

| If your name was on both cars, then they can try with what they are doing. I suggest you file an 'order to show cause' on your ex since his has ignored a court order in the original divorce. |
