Deductions from Imputed Income

My support is being raised a considerable amount. Based in part on my ex's imputed income. She is remarried and has had three more children(we have one) and doesn't work. They gave her an income of $10,000.00 Based on her past work exp. (10yr's. ago she was a secretary at 5.90 pr hr and a waitress at 3.?? pr hr, both jobs at the same time although they didn't count the waitress job) Then out of that Fake income she gets to deduct her three other children (That are actually supported in solely by their father who also supports her) so her income is now $1750.00. So they say I have to pay 93-1/2 % of the support amount of $5976.00. Does anyone know of any case law in Ohio or anywhere else that involves this particular subject. All of the ohio guidelines are so vague they seem to be able to interprett them any way that they see fit. And yes I have hired an atty. But I just thought I might help him with a little investigating of my own. Thank You.
