| My husband is a US citizen (resident of Oklahoma state), I'm not (resident of Russia). We got married a year and a half ago, have been living separately lately. I want to divorce my husband, but he refuses to file for divorce and says he'll never do that. What should I do? Can I divorce him in my home country? What is the procedure in cases like mine? Need advice! |
