DNA/Paternity testing

What is the name of your state?
I live in Montana

Can a person be forced to submit to a paternity test or DNA test due to a one night fling several months ago?

Not unless a child was born from that liason and the mother is naming you as the father. If you used reliable protection, the odds are good it the DNA will turn out to match whichever guy didn't.
