| Live in PA - separated - "X" living in our home - I now live in a different county. I have always traveled to the county where my "X" lives for court proceedings. Do the court proceedings have to take place in this county or can I drag her up to the county where I am now living? Thanks. |

IAAL Thanks for the response...One more question...my son is in trouble and the same judge that is handling my divorce is also handling his case. Also, my "X" knows people who work at Domestic Relations and the court house. Would either of those reasons be a reason for a change in venue? Thanks. [/b]

|
